My uncle John sold me my first MGB in 2002. It is a 1980 MGB Roadster and was my daily driver for a while... what a fun car. This year Uncle John sold me his 1974 MGB GT... you might call it a kind of stewardship sale. He took wonderful care of this car which meant so much to him, it is a beautiful ride. Rebuilt engine, clutch and brakes. The engine was balanced and has a street cam, rebuilt dual carbs, valves and seats for unleaded gas and stainless exhaust. This MGs name is Po and when she runs it is like she is singing. Lusy is the name of the roadster. This Blog is about these two cars and dedicated to all of you who own, love or have great memories of the fun you had in the fun and temperamental MGB.
Here you see Lusy on the rack ready for new front wheel bearings and a front brake rebuild. Po is content with some cosmetic improvements for the time being.
